about us

the wolfpack run club was created in 2016 to support local runners in medway with training to successfully complete the paris marathon that year. since then, the wolfpack has grown into a large running community, encouraging and motivating runners to achieve their goals across all distances.

led by richie mills, uka coach in running fitness, the wolfpack run club welcomes runners of all abilities to join the pack and run together at our weekly team runs across different locations in kent. We also have runners in many other locations who complete our weekly quality session and wear the wolfpack colours with pride at events across the globe.

we have helped thousands of runners to improve their running through experienced coaching and an awesome team of supportive runners both in person and online.

So what are you waiting for....join the pack today!!!

weekly quality session

the key to improvement is a balance of hard efforts and easy runs. each week we publish a quality session (such as intervals or hill repeats), which you can complete either as a solo effort or join us on Tuesday evenings. all year round we head to deangate running track in medway, the home of the wolfpack.

we always have a wide range of abilities attending. as sessions are laps based on elapsed time (not distance), nobody gets left behind!

week day easy social runs

just as important as the hard effort quality sessions is the recovery. we host social easy paced runs various mornings and evenings throughout the week at different locations in medway. These runs are a mixtures of distances and paces to suit all.

weekend long runs

the 'long slow run' the backbone of training for those looking to improve at distances from half to ultra marathon. we host various long runs on both the streets and trails, often with shorter and longer route options to suit different abilities.
